Where can I find the Capture Thumbnail button?

  Hello,

  I want to upload a clip and I want to select a specific thumbnail, but I can’t find the Capture Thumbnail button (when previewing the clip, before publishing it).

  Can you tell me where that button is?

  You are referring to videos that you have uploaded yourself via the VideoPress Upgrade, correct? The “Capture Thumbnail” button should be in the middle of the video player when you start it. Make sure you are getting there via the following steps:

  1) Media -> Library
  2) Click on the name of any video there.
  3) Play the video, and the button should immediately appear.

  Yes, I’m talking about the videos I have uploaded myself via the VideoPress Upgrade.
