Where can I find the FTP Credentials for the domain name I registered?

I am in need of the FTP credentials (Server Address, FTP Username, FTP Password) so that I can upload a custom theme from Woothemes. Please let me know where I can find this information.
If the issue is that I am using wordpress.com rather than wordpress.org, then how can I keep this domain name and use it on another server?

I’m sorry, but we don’t allow users to upload custom themes. That is a feature of WordPress.org installations.
