You are not allowed plugins for security reasons, hence no button, hence you can’t find it.

@ljnewton
Wibiya cannot be used on WordPress.com blogs. It can only be used on WordPress.org installs. This is evident by searching the forums as the question has been previously asked and answered. :)
See > http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we cannot install individual plugins into them as was stated above.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/For enabling sharing buttons on your posts please see here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/sharing/
Also note that you failed to post an active link to your WordPress.com blog. Please consider linking it to your username. Dashboard -> Users -> Personal Settings -> then scroll down to Account Details. Then scroll down to where it says ‘Website‘ select the URL for your primary wordpress.com blog and then save changes.
Now every time you sign into the forum we can all click on your username and your blog will be linked to it. And every time you leave a comment on a blog your username can be likewise clicked and your blog can be instantly located.

@shineemon, as said above, we cannot use plugins at wordpress.COM. There is no upgrade here that would allow that.
You would have to self-host your site at a third-party web host such as godaddy, bluehost, etc., using the software from wordpress.ORG.
Figure about $10 to $25 per month all things considered. You will also have to register your own domain name as well.
After getting your domain name and hosting account set up, you will have to install the wordpress.ORG software and configure it. You then have to export your stuff from here and import it into that new installation.
You will then be responsible for all installations, all upgrades, all backups and all troubleshooting. If something goes wrong, you have to figure it out and fix it.

@thesacredpath. hmm. can you give me a link of the host you are talking about.. i do have a registered domain already. and am using it now.
hope you can help me .it would reeally help me alot..

How about for Google Analytics? There seems to be a workaround for that one, but I have no idea where I’m supposed to copy the source code into.
-
Google Analytics also will not work here – there is no workaround to paste the GA code in.
There are other Stats systems that use plain html code that you can use, Sitemeter, Flag Counter, Cluster Maps to name a few.
-
Thanks…I guess I got some bad info initially telling me I could. I love the stat sites on WP now but I didn’t know any better and thought Google might give me even more info.

@bobbycalise
We can use additional third party non-Javascript visitor tracking programs on WordPress.com blogs.
