where can i find the plugin directory to upload supported plugins

  I want to activate a plugin and this is the information to do it, but i can’t find the plugin directory. Please, can someone help?

  Here’s how to install the plugin and how to make it work.

  1. Upload the wp-issuu.php file to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory –> where can i find this????
  2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress
  3. Copy WordPress embed code from Issuu.com and paste it to your post: [issuu documentid=XXX width=400 height=350 … ].

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Plugins are a feature of self-hosted WordPress and can’t be used on WordPress.com. There’s a great article here on the differences between the two: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
