Where can i find the 'wp-content/plugins' tab in my blog page?

I want to install the latex plugin for my wordpress. The installation guide asks to upload the files to “Unzip the plugin file and upload its content to ‘wp-content/plugins” folder of your blog”.
but i am unable to find such a thing in my blog. Need help!!
