Where can i find themes that comes with drop down pages?

  As far as I am aware, no WordPress.com themes work this way. Do you mean drop down page menus in the header?

  Any theme here that has a top navigation menu can have dropdown menus using the custom menu feature. It is very flexible and you can do an awful lot with it.
