where can I get plugins to get it on a side bar

  Hello,
  Some people have plugins on your site, some people are not. I’m from second part. So how can I get plugins. I need to populate some songs.

  There is no FTP access to WordPress.com blogs and we can’t install plugins. They are only for WordPress.com installs. If you are asking about a WordPress.org install then you need to post to the correct support forums here http://wordpress.org/support/

  Hi ,
  I am trying to add disqus to my wordpress blog but am having issues- I realize it does not accept plug ins but Disqus seems to be a regular addition to it. Any ideas: here’s the instructions:

  In the left panel of your WordPress admin, select Plugins > Add New
  Search for “Disqus” and find the plugin provided by “Disqus”.
  Select Install Now > Activate Plugin
  Proceed with the onscreen install instructions.

  Disqus cannot be used on free hosted WordPress.com blogs like this one http://christiegrace.wordpress.com/blog
  Disqus can only be used on WordPress.org installs. The support forum for WordPress.org installs is here http://wordpress.org/support/
