Where can I go to change a URL for a secondary blog?

    I have two blogs, each one has a custom domain (no WordPress in the URL), The primary one (Lucky Otter’s Haven) is fine and I don’t want to change. It’s the secondary blog, Down the Rabbit Hole, I am having a problem with. I want to change the URL of this blog but can’t find where to do this or pay for it. Like I said it’s a custom domain name and URL but it’s misleading so I need to pick a different URL. Can you please help me out with this?
