  “pls remove my address?” What does this mean in the forum? People cannot make posts to a technical help forum without having a WP.com identity.

  You report illegal content via the Report Spam option; on your blue admin bar, when you are reading any blog, go to the far right and it has Blog Info. Scroll down and you’ll see Report Spam. Use that to report illegal speech. If the speech is loathesome, but not illegal, there is nothing you can do but pick up your keyboard and blog right back at them.
