Where can I report really bad support?

    Hello,

    Where can I report some really bad support? Maybe a support manager?

    I’m interested in my clients experience/interaction with my own company so – having a really bad experience with one of the ‘happiness engineers’ – I’m pretty sure that somebody at Automattic has the same endeavours (keeping clients happy, offering a good experience etc).

  • My apologies. I opened the wrong ticket.

    From what I can see we have apologised for the mistake that was made in that ticket and have offered you a year’s free service, so I’m not sure what else you are looking for in this regard?

    As a conclusion from this experience, we’ve disabled Akismet from all our commercial websites and networks in order to be compliant with current TOS.
