Where can I see who is following me?

Whenever I get an e-mail that someone is following my blog, I try to look at their profile. But it always takes me to some goofy Gravatar page.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That’s because a WordPress.com account is a Gravatar account. They are one in the same.
WordPress.com subscribers, including all followers from social media sites if you use the Publicize app
