Where can I upload plugins?

    I can’t find a ‘Plugin’ option in my dashboard. How can I upload a plugin? I am using a wordpress blog which is peacecycle.wordpress.com. Would I be able to use plugins with this, or I shall have to domain first? Any Suggestions will be appreciated!

    You will not be able to locate what does not exist. Plugins are only available to those who hire web hosts and install free WordPress.org software on their own self hosted sites. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase from WordPress.com to gain that access and install plugins. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
