where did all my pictures go?

  Wah. I tried to switch to a new theme (big mistake?) and suddenly, none of my posts’ pictures are showing up on the “home” page. When I previewed the theme, the posts on the example all had photos, so I thought that would be an option, but I’ve been fiddling here for more than two hours and cannot figure out what to do. Help!

  Your theme only displays excepts on the front page, so images are stripped out unless you assign featured images: http://en.support.wordpress.com/featured-images/
