Where did my blog go?? ERROR http://en.wordpress.com/typo/?subdomain

Hi,
I own a private domain named lesmouths-in-california.com, since 2011. Everything was fine until 2 weeks ago, I started to have random errors while trying to access my blog, http://en.wordpress.com/typo/?subdomain= ….
I cleared my cookies, my DNS, everything and still I get that error. Please help. -

I don’t see any WordPress.com blogs under the account madymoiselle2. What is the blog address? Is it possible that you have a second username at WordPress.com?

The blog address is lesmouths-in-california.com. It is hosted with wordpress through GoDaddy BUT the error I get is from wordpress.com… Hope this helps, thanks.

Your site lesmouths-in-california.com is not connected to Jetpack, and the domain was not registered through WordPress.com, so I’m unclear how you’re seeing errors on your site that lead back to WordPress.com.
Can you please send me a screenshot of the error message you get the next time it comes up, and include the exact web address/URL that you are on when the error message pops up?

I purchased my domain and a “WordPress hosting” pasckage from GoDaddy but the error I get sends me to wordpress.com. I have sent you the screenshot by email, let me know if you receive it, I am not sure how to add pictures to this message.
Also, I do not have an other username on WordPress.com

The screenshot you sent shows that there is no website at lesmouths-in-california.wordpress.com. Your site at lesmouths-in-california.com is not hosted with WordPress.com, so you would not use the WordPress.com address to access your site.
It looks like http://lesmouths-in-california.com/ is functioning properly. If you need to log into your dashboard, you would go to http://lesmouths-in-california.com/wp-admin/ . If you are having trouble with that, you might contact GoDaddy (your hosting provider) for additional assistance.

Thank you but it does not clear things up. I know that my website is lesmouths-in-california.com and that it is not hosted by wordpress BUT when I put that address it redirects to the page where it says lesmouths-in-california.wordpress.com does not exist (screenshot). What I don’t know is WHY it redirects to that no-existant webpage address, 30% of the time.

Hi there,
In the case of the other users, they were updating their nameservers to point their domain from WordPress.com to a different hosting platform. My records show that you purchased domain mapping with us two years ago but cancelled it, and your nameservers are correct, so your issue is different.
As much as I would like to assist you, because your site is not hosted with WordPress.com, and your domain is not registered through us, I have no access to your site whatsoever. You will need to contact GoDaddy to figure out why you are being redirected to WordPress.com, as this is not something we have done on our end.

Thank you, I was wondering if it has something to do with the domain mapping or not. I did contact GoDaddy about this issue, with no luck at solving the problem…
