Where did my custmize button go?

The customizer button is missing and I can’t edit my site. I use it all the time and now its just gone.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can preview the customizer at Appearance -> Custom Design in your blog’s Dashboard, but you’ll need to purchase a Custom Design upgrade to save changes.

Thank you for you help, however I mean the tab here I can change what my header says, what type of home page is up, the background color, ect. I do NOT mean the part where you can buy fonts and other things. I am looking for the simple settings tab thing that was there last week. its usually under the pull down bars when viewing your own blog. It is now gone. Like magic. Poof.

I found the answer. It would seem that internet explore does not support all of word press functions.
