Where did my main blog go?

    A couple days back I paid for my second year for loyfromcolorado.wordpress.com for $99.00 (receipt 7044840)

    How do I go to my dashboard for sites that has all listed? Also I would like to delete a couple or so of my blogs as they are no longer being used. The web site loybanks.com hasn’t been used for some time, but it’s still showing up on my blog information, etc.

    So how do I go about doing that? I can’t find the delete button. Thanks.

    You have to be on the dashboard Tools page of the blog itself in order to delete it. Deletions are permanent and irreversible.

    I’m still not able to load my main Dashboard for https://loyfromcolorado.wordpress.com/wp-admin

    I’m still getting the message……Your subscription to WordPress.com Premium has expired or is about to expire.
    loyfromcolorado ‘WordPress.com Premium’ expires on September 23, 2014 Renew now

    Although I paid the bill several days ago. Receipt number is above.

    Still need help with this issue. Thanks.

    Hi there,

    It looks like your WordPress.com Premium purchase wasn’t applied correctly to your account — sorry about that! You should now see the correct expiration date (September 23, 2015) for that Premium plan.

    Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

    Thanks so much Happiness aka rachelmcr…YES! You can help me with something else that’s troubling me inside WordPress.com.

    Way back when I had set up three blogs..LoyBanksWeblog, Brityn’s Blog and Pueblo West Blog. These have no purpose at all!! I would like to get them completely deleted, scrapped, shoved down a hole or you get the idea.

    My “only” wordpress.com blogs now are located at LoyFromColorado.com and any attached to that location. Can you make that happen for me? Thanks so much…to Happiness..:)

    Hi there,

    It looks like these are the three sites linked to your loybanks username, but I want to confirm that with you. Here are the links to those sites:

    Are those the ones you mean?

    The first one is a WordPress.com blog, and you can delete it under Tools > Delete Site in the blog’s dashboard. We have more details about that process here: Delete Site

    The other two were self-hosted WordPress blogs linked to your account loybanks. If you can confirm those are the other blogs you mean, I can remove those from your account for you, too.

    Here’s another problem with me signing into loyfromcolorado.com/wp-admin ….I keep getting this same message….Can you also help me with this issue?

    This site is linked to your other username loyfromcolorado. You’ll need to be signed in with that username (not your username loybanks) to manage that site.

    Thanks again Happiness. The primary or main user ID I want to keep is LoyFromColorado.wordpress.com, which I’ve also upgraded to Premium for the second year.

    As for the loybanks user ID, I wouldn’t mind keeping the User ID, but I would prefer to have the links below that deleted. ie BritynMykhail and PuebloWest-Blog, as both of those don’t even exist anymore. Can you delete those two links permanently?

    If we can keep loybanks.wordpress.com, that would be great. But I’m unable to access it to get to the Dashboard. However the last time I was able to access it, I tried the Tools>Delete but it didn’t work. What I would like to have is a “clean” loybanks User ID. None of the older stuff hanging around.

    It appears right now I can access LoyFromColorado User ID without any problems. But that’s what I definitely want to stay as is…no changes there.

    If we can save loybanks.wordpress.com that’s also great! But I need a link for access.

    Has this all made sense Happiness? It’s now in your capable hands.

    Hi there,

    Sure thing, I’ve removed those two links since the sites no longer exist.

    Right now, you have two different accounts — each account has its own username, and each of your sites is linked to a different account/username:

    Your username loybanks owns the site loybanks.wordpress.com.

    Your username loyfromcolorado owns the site loyfromcolorado.com.

    You’ll only be able to access the dashboard for loybanks.wordpress.com while logged in as loybanks, and you’ll only be able to access the dashboard for loyfromcolorado.com while logged in as loyfromcolorado.

    If you’d like to manage both sites from both accounts, you can add each user as an administrator to the other site (while logged in with the account that owns that site): Inviting Contributors, Followers, and Viewers
