Where did my posts go?

My WordPress.com blog is not displaying some of the posts I’ve made. My latest post is showing, the post from 10 days previous is showing (and all older posts) but not the six posts from between 15 May – 23 May. Those six posts are still on the dashboard, but they do not show up when scrolling down through my blog. No matter how much I fiddle with settings or re-post them, they don’t show up. What happened?

Are they draft posts? Are they private posts? They must be public if you want them to appear on the blog.

They were all published, public posts. That’s the funny thing. They were visible until yesterday. I’ve reset them to public again and again. No dice.
