Where did my publish button go?

  Just since yesterday afternoon I haven’t been able to publish or edit any posts because the ‘Publish’ module has disappeared. I’ve looked in every settings drop-down but can’t figure out how to get it back. Any ideas??

  Look to see if it has somehow ended up below the text area in the editor. If it is, click on the “screen options” tab at upper right and make sure that under “Screen Layout” that “Number of Columns:” is set to 2. If it was set to one, then you will need to drag the publish section from below the text area up and to the right of the editor window.

  You’re very welcome. There seems to be some mysterious settings changing going on around here lately which leads me to believe staff is doing some tinkering in the back room (not that they aren’t always tinkering with something).
