  I had a site through wordpress, and I can no longer access it at all. What can i do to reactivate it?

  Your site is parked by Godadday. Contact them to solve this problem.

  I contacted them and paid for the domain name but they said it can only be restored through wordpress. any thoughts? thank you so much!

  Hi @samanthashapb14171ce4d, Do you remember who your host was? I’m guessing from your historical records that the site was either with GoDaddy or New Dream Network, LLC. Even though you may have had WordPress installed there, the site was never hosted here at WordPress.com:

  If all else fails, you would be welcome to set up a site here:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/start/

  You can try to find old content here and then just copy and paste it over:
  https://web.archive.org/web/20180901000000*/samanthamshapiro.com

  Once the site is hosted here on our servers, we will keep a free version of it for you indefinitely, even if you buy upgrades and then later cancel them. I’m guessing the person you talked to at GoDaddy had assumed you were hosted here. You weren’t, but you’d be welcome to join us going forward.
