Where did my space upgrade go?

    Hi there, I purchased a 10gb upgrade last year and have not come close to using it all! Now it has disappeared. It shows I have paid for it, but now I cannot upload any new photos to my blog. I’m getting a message that I have exceeded my 3gb limit. I should have TONS of space, where did it go???

    Howdy,

    All of our upgrades (except for premium theme purchases) are annual upgrades. The 10 GB upgrade was purchased on 9/14/2012 and was not renewed last month. After the grace period, the upgrade was removed from your site on 9/21/2013.

    While we don’t remove any files when that occurs, since the upgrade fell off the account, the site is back to the original 3 GB limit.

    Wow, that’s really disappointing, and it certainly is misleading at the time of purchase. I didn’t renew purposely because I thought I had lots of space left :(

    If there were any particular parts in the purchase process that were unclear, could you let me know? I’d like to make sure everything is as clear as possible.

    From my quick looks, I see “per year” indicated, but I may have overlooked something.

    Totally my fault, I must not have read it clearly at the time of purchase, and I don’t think it is indicated on the receipt.
