Where did my Stripe Payments go?!

I recently set up a Stripe account on my website in order to being receiving credit card payments. I downloaded the Stripe plugin and followed in the setup according to the guidelines. Everything seemed to be OK but now looking at my orders, there are many Stripe payments but nothing has shown up on my Stripe account dashboard. Calling Stripe support offered no useful information and I was advised to reach out to WordPress support. Please help me find my money!
One detail: Stripe support said they see two different emails related to my account, but neither of those emails shows any money in it.
