Where did the "Paste from Word" button go?

  The “Paste from Word” seems to have disappeared. Is this a temporary glitch or is it a deliberate change? I’m hoping the answer is “glitch” because it was extremely useful.

  The “Paste from Text” now seems to be a toggle, but I can see no difference in the effect of pasting in text when the toggle is on versus when it is off. In both instances, I lose the same formatting. Which is a pain in the toot to recreate. Thanks!
