Where Did the Publicize Feature Go?

I’ve been trying to like the new format of WP, but it is not the least bit user friendly. One of the many issues I’m having with it is that I can’t find the publicize feature, and my posts are no longer going to my facebook. The help link leads me to the old way of connecting to social networks, but I can’t find it under the settings section anywhere. I’m sure I’m overlooking it, but can I get help on where to go to do this?

Unfortunately, no. This is how it used to be, but the dashboard is no longer set up like this. My posts don’t go to my FB anymore because I had to change my password. I can’t find a way to change it, though. I have searched for the publicize feature option, and I can’t seem to find it anywhere, but I know surely it still exists.
