Where do I access live support?

  Hi, I upgraded my plan so I could access live support. However, I only see the option to contact support via e-mail. Where do I find a link to start a chat session?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Getting WordPress.com Support https://en.support.wordpress.com/help-support-options/

  All those with upgrades have access to live chat support. You can access live chat by logging in to your WordPress.com account and going to this link: https://wordpress.com/help/contact

  Strange… I have upgraded to a wordpress.com Personal account, which says I should have live chat support. However, the only option available to me when I click Contact Us is the e-mail form.

  Live chat support is available when we have enough Staff available to provide it.

  Hi backpackersreview,

  the only option available to me when I click Contact Us is the e-mail form.

  As @timethief mentioned, you will be able to use Live Chat support if staff are available. When all of our chat staff are busy email support will be available instead. Either way, you will be able to get in touch with us :)
