Where do I add the code for Blog Catalog widget
-
I am trying to add the code for a widget for Blog Catalog
The code looks like this:
Where do I put it?
In a RSS feed or text feed? or?????<script type=”text/javascript” src=”http://www.blogcatalog.com/w/neighborhood.php?id=4418688&width=180&rows=5&bgcolor=FFFFCC&bcolor=660000&lcolor=333333&hcolor=FFFFFF&htext=My%20Cat%20Neighborhood&name=0&img=s”></script>

You put it in a text widget, but you can’t use that code. You have to use the non-javascript version of the code. Remember, WordPress.com and “WordPress” are different, and you need the code for WordPress.com.

I forgot to thank you for your reply. I followed your directions and got the code which worked for one day. Now today you can see the Recent Viewers box, but there are no images or text, just those x’s in a box.
What happened?
Thanks for your help.

That’s a problem on Blogcatalog’s side. Sometimes their images go down, and that’s when you get the effect. Right now it looks just fine to me.
