Where do I add the powerpress plugin? Or any plugin.
-
I paid for this wordpress to start podcasting but I cant install the powerpress plugin. From what ive read ive been mistaken and should have signed up on wordpress.org as opposed to wordpress.com???? That is very very frustrating if it is the case and I need to cancel all this nonsense if this is true. Plus why does my wordpress blog have the words dotcom? it looks pretty horrendous.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

While plugins are common on self hosted WordPress sites, due to security concerns, they are not available on WordPress.com. There is more info regarding WordPress.com and plugins here:

If you decide that WordPress.org is the way to go for you, I can help you with a refund.

I’m seeing your site URL display as http://bergertime.com/.
Please let me know if you have further questions or if anything is unclear.

First off im sorry for coming off like such a winey dick! It was just a really stressful day and my experiences with computers is always a rabbit hole of figuring shit out and its never really an easy task. But yeah I want to cancel the hosting and get the refund. I setup something else on blue host.com and installed the wordpress stuff. Once again I’m sorry for that lame post I did.

No worries at all. We all have days like that.
So here’s the deal on the refund. You can keep the domain registration and get a pro-rated refund of $81. Or I can cancel the domain and you can get the full $99 refund. If you intend to use bergertime.com for anything (using any website builder) in the future, I would encourage you to keep it. Canceling a domain carries a pretty high risk of losing it.

Ahhh, I’ve made a mistake here.
I didn’t see that you had purchased WordPress.com Premium at the promotional $79 price. So I can’t really refund you the amounts that I quoted you previously.
Here’s what I’m going to do, I’ll just refund the full $79, you keep the domain, and we’ll call it good. Due to all of this, you’ve got that domain registered until 2015. So you should be pretty good to go.
Use these instructions to point your WordPress.com registered domain to your bluehost site:
Let me know if you have any trouble.

I have processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
