Where do I ask specific questions about a theme that I'm using?

    I’m new to WordPress and I feel that I’ve been getting along pretty well. I’ve established an account and a web address on HostGator. I’ve selected the Responsive theme that I’m happy with. However, I’ve seen demos of the Responsive theme that does stuff that I have not been able to figure out how to duplicate. What is the appropriate forum to ask these questions. Is it the .com forums, the .org forums or something else?
