where do I enter the name servers?

  I don’t see the field “name servers” as shown in the example on http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/change-name-servers/ I need to change the name servers for beechtreemedical.com, though the only navigation I see is “email” and “edit DNS”

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
