where do i find follow button, how do i remove it
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The follow button is on the Admin bar of every logged in WordPress.com blogger and you cannot remove it from our Admin bars. To change blog visibility to private go to > Settings > Reading. See the guide here http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

We cannot block or delete subscribers from public blogs. Everyone on the internet can view and follow any public blog. That is in fact what the public designation means and anyone anyone with internet access can follow your public blog’s RSS Feed.
