Where do I find my Goodreads ID User Number to put on my Goodreads Account?

I just got a GoodReads Account and I want to put the GoodReads Widget on my 2 blogs but what I thought was user Id WordPress says not. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Please help me. Once again the 2 blogs I want this on is CRYSTAL AND DAISY MAE’S PHOTO-BLOGGING SITE and WELCOME TO CRYSTAL’S SITE(ORIGINALLY COUNTRY LIVING) . I really want this widget on my blogs so I hope you can help me. Everyone is always so helpful when I ask for help and I’m thankful and appreciative of that. Hope you can help me now. Please Reply.

Still having problems with books showing on my Goodreads widget. I read and followed directions and no luck. What else can I do. I have another book to add too. Help

I’ve added other books. They’re not showing, the one I want to read isn’t showing but the one is… What do I need to do. Please tell me step by step because tutorials, articles, posts and etc… aren’t always clear and helpful to a lot of times and this is one of those times. If you can’t help ask your staff and modlook.

The Goodreads widget has three “shelf’s” or modes which it can display:
Read, display books you’ve already read
Currently Reading, displays books you are currently reading
To Read, displays books on you want to read in the future.You will only be able to display one of these at a time. If you’d like to display all three you will need multiple widgets added to your site.

I have seven Read Books but only 5 Read Books are showing—Why? I only want the read books showing but not all are showing.

The Goodreads widget will show up to five books from any shelf ordered by the date they were added.
I’ve updated the documentation to make this functionality more clear.

Thanks. So the Gooodreads widget will only list 5 of my Goodreads books and not all of them? If I’m wrong please tell me how to get all of my books listed. Thanks for the help.

OK thanks to you and everyone who helped me. One more thing, Goodreads has some HTML CODE to use in my widget on my personal blog. Where do I put that? I have no problems with just listing 5 books I had to know why. I hope you understand.

As you did not paste the complete code it’s impossible for us to see for sure if it contains something that’s not allowed here, but as that first line mentions JavaScript, I’m guessing that’s the case – JavaScript cannot be used on WordPress.com sites for security reasons. That is why we have our own widget that fetches your shelf content from GoodReads directly.

I have decided since the codes are so complicated the best I can do is customize site with a sample of my Goodreads books and if people want to see my profile and list of books, I’ve provided those links underneath my Goodreads widget. Thanks for your help.
