where do I find the $20 upgrade

  Hi,

  I got an email from you saying I need to renew my $20/10gb upgrade. When I go to my upgrades (or any other part of the store website) all I can see is the $100 yearly Premium Plan. Can I still get the $20 upgrade?

  You’re welcome. Do note that the bundled upgrades plans (premium and business) apply to username accounts that were registered after September 1st, 2014.

  Hi Dave,

  That 10GB upgrade was purchased by a different user on the site — only the upgrade owner can renew the upgrade. (The upgrade owner can manage and renew their upgrades from the My Upgrades page.)

  I checked and that user renewed the upgrade earlier today, so it’s now renewed through August 24, 2016. Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)
