Where do I find the "add a custom form" button?

  This page says “You can add contact forms to both posts and pages. Simply click the “Add a custom form” button.” I says nothing to hint at how I am to find this “Add a custom form” button. Please tell me how to do that.

  Hi there!

  When you go into make/edit a post/page there will be a button named Add a Contact Form as seen here:
