Where do I find the Akismat API plug-in?

  I registered with Akismet and their site tells me that once I have an “API key” I need to go to the Akismet Plug-In and activate it. I cannot find the Akismet Plug-In.

  If you have a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, the Akismet plugin is in the Plugins section of your blog’s Dashboard.

  Your WordPress.com blog already has Akismet built-in and active. There’s no need for a key here.
