Where do I find the editor so I can make custom changes

    Hi all,
    I am a WordPress newbie and would like to know where I can find the code of my webiste. I use the Premium version. Some say I need to look at “Appearances” in my Dashboard, but it is not displayed.

    What I would like to do is to change the color of some Headers and to change the background color and scheme of some widgets.

    I use the Scratchpad Theme. Is is possible to make edits at all? I had a look at the code of the live website, but a) I cannot see where these topics are coded b) would not know where to make changes as I cannot edit the code.
