Where do I find the 'explore topics/tags' link?

Dear team,
I used to able to find the ‘explore topics/tags’ when I open the ‘reader,’ and just click on it to browse the different topics, but now it’s nowhere to be found. Thus, I’m not able to blog or like other people’s posts, as I was doing up until yesterday. Where can I find this button?

The tag cloud has been removed. However, you can still search by tag. Here is an example of how to do that by changing the keyword or keyword phrase at the end of the URL
