Where Do I Find the Widget "Blogs I Follow"

  I want to add the this widget to my blog. I see the discussion about it but it does not appear in my “Appearance->Widgets” selections. How do I get it there?

  Your blog is self-hosted using WordPress.org software. It is not hosted on WordPress.com which is why you don’t see that widget in your dashboard.

  Please head to WordPress.org forums to get help with your question. Please note that you cannot use your WordPress.com account to login to WordPress.org forums. So you have to create a new account on WordPress.org to be able to login and post to their forums.
