Where do I find wp-content/themes? I need to create a child theme directory.

Pls help! Codex.wordpress.org directs me to “create the child theme directory, which will be placed in wp-content/themes.” I have no idea where to find this directory so I can create a sub-directory folder and the following files: style.css and functions.php. Is wp-content/themes located on my computer somewhere?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
