Where do I fing the privacy settings they don't seem to be on my dashboard

  I am having the same problem. The privacy setting (as described in the above support article) is not visible on the privacy page when i am logged into my wordpress dashboard. have upgraded to version 3.4.1, but I don’t know if the setting was previously there as I didn’t try to change it before. I don’t want to post the blog URL here as I want it to be private!!!
