Where do I get plugins?

  Must I have a WordPress.org account to use plugins?. I have and upgraded WordPress.com account, but I don’t get the option of plugins. However, upon Googling and finding Plugins > add new, it was on a Codex page for WordPress.org.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You would have to hire a web host, download WordPress.ORG software, and manage any and everything that goes wrong.

  Where I work, we use NetworkSolutions, but we are not using WordPress Software.
