Where do I go in WordPress to add data in a website buit in Word Press?

  I have had a dog website made for me in WordPress by an outside source that I’m unable to contact. I would like to go in and add data to my database and write in additional data in other pages. I would also like to add pictures to some pages. I had this website made in WordPress so that i could add and manipulate information. I’m a novice.
  Where do I go in the program to allow me to do these steps?

  Are you talking about http://surreydog.wordpress.com/? If so, you go to http://surreydog.wordpress.com/wp-admin.

  What is the URL (address) of the site you need to change info in?

  That is a WordPress.ORG blog, not a WordPress.COM blog and we are unable to assist you with that. WP.org has their own support forums, so check over there.
