WHERE DO I GO ON YOUR SITE TO RENEW MY SUBSCRIPTION?

  I have gotten 6 emails telling me to renew my subscription. I’ve responded to every one of them. I got only one reply, which provided a link which did NOT take me to a place on the site to renew and enter a new credit card. In addition, the link said ‘no payment due’ even though I’m being told to renew! VERY FRUSTRATING! I only have a few days left to renew! Can anybody help?
