Where do I go to change the nameservers?

I recently completed site migration for the domain: voilanatural.com over to hostgator for more flexibility using plugins. I need to be able to update the nameservers to complete this process and cannot find where to do this in the wordpress dashboard.
I have thoroughly read through the information provided by wordpress regarding changing nameservers: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-management/#update-nameservers, which is generally helpful, but I am still unable to find where to do this.
There is not ‘domain administration’ area that I can go to from ‘domain’ from ‘store,’ so I am unsure of how to proceed. I have gone to ‘edit DNS,’ and am unsure where to go from there.
As you know, it takes time for the nameservers to be updated, and I am trying to move forward with this asap, so I’ll be able to access my business’s site asap.

Thanks for understanding that Staff work forward through threads tagged for their attention from those with the earliest date stamps and time stamps to those with the most recent ones.
