where do I input the ns1.wordpress to direct traffic to this site (

I had hosting with BlueHost but have decided not to pay for hosting anymore. I have gone back to a FREE site on WordPress. I know I need to put in the ns1.wordpress – and ns2.wordpress, etc… but I dont know WHERE to go to input that.

Those are WP.com name servers for domains that registered outside of WordPress.com. Check this guide for changing name servers: https://wordpress.com/support/change-name-servers/.
P.S. I just realized that for adding custom domain to WP.com blog you need to have a paid plan. Check this pricing guide:

If you have a domain registered somewhere else, you need to change the name servers at the domain provider where you have the domain registered.
However, that alone won’t connect your domain to your WordPress.com site. You’ll also need the domain connection upgrade on our end to complete the process. That upgrade is included in our Pro plan.
