Where do I learn about plugins and or widgets?

You are Following this Blog says it is being followed by 449 other people. I only see 2 in my Stats page.
Someone liked one of my pages. That is listed in my comments but not in my Stats page.
A friend is following my page according to my e-mail, but that is not showing on my Stats page.
Can anyone help me understand these things? Or guide me where to figure it out?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @tishwebberwow ,
– Since you publish to the reader / twitter / facebook , your follower count includes your followers on those platforms.
– Someone can “like” your post from the reader without actually reading it, and I’m guessing that’s where that came from.
Also, the stats visitor count is going to be off by a few hours. We have more details here:
