Where do I paste Google varification code?

  I cannot find out how to paste the Google varification code on the Tools page. I’ve followd the instructions 6. Open the Tools Page and paste the code in the appropriate field. However there is no where on the Tools page which allows me to do this, yet at the bottom it says Save Changes. The only possible place is where it says ‘Example’ but I can’t do it there. I cannot find another ‘appropriate field.’ Thanks Geof

  Hi, thanks for your replies. Raincoaster, I tried your link but it wouldn’t connect. Timetheif, I have tried there, over and over and it won’t allow me to paste anywhere. Maybe it’s because I’m trying to link from China and it’s blocked – I don’t know..

  Thanks for this. My blog is now verified on Google, Yahoo and Bing. Other than authenticating yourself as owner, what other benefits does this bring?
