where do i post a question about trouble with payments?

  Hi, Im trying to pay for an upgrade but it does´nt work. When I have filled in payment information it says there is another user for this account.

  In your email you say the account and all content on http://www.restaurangmynchen.se will disappear if we don’t pay before the 9th of july.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.
