Where do I put the META?

  Hi, I tried to post my blog to google’s web master tools and its given me a meta, i managed to do it fine on another blog site but I cannot find where I have to put this, any ideas?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This is how to do it for wordpress.com blogs
  http://support.wordpress.com/verifying-with-google-webmaster-tools/
  It says to use a page, but you can also use a backdated post, particularly if your theme has a page bar.
