Can anyone give me the email to send to wordpress.com
I have sent the below email to wordpress.com on 10 Sep 2015 and nobody reply me. Where do I send for WordPress.com Website queries ?
I have register my website under Domain for the Premier Plan and no response. I need to transfer my Domain http://Specialasianfood.com to WordPress
with the Auth Code ? Can you show me how do I do it?Hello Staff
Since my Domain and Webhosting will expire on 28 Sep 2015 with Ipower I am transferring my Domain Specialasianfood and Webhosting to WordPress.com

re: mapping an existing domain
WordPress.com does not accept domain transfers but mapping an existing domain is possible.Domain mapping of an existing domain URL that you already own and purchased elsewhere is not done free of charge. You will have to renew the domain name purchase where you made, it and the domain mapping purchase here, each and every year.
Mapping an existing domain costs $13. annually and a domain name purchase and domain mapping are included in the Premium upgrade bundle.
In order to map to a domain one must have an underlying .wordpress.com sub-domain blog to map from and it does not matter what that underlying .wordpress.com URL is. It does not have to match the domain URL.
If you have registered a .wordpress.com blog you log in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the WordPress.COM blog, and as you own a domain URL already, you can see here for mapping an existing domain. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
It can take between 24 – 72 hours for domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet. You can view the DNS changes here > http://www.whatsmydns.net/ What’s important during that stage is to be patient.

1. You mean I have to renew Domain name at http://www.Ipower.com ? But My Site in WP indicates that I can register at WP for $18.00/per year. I have already clicked the Domain here.
2. Domain Mapping costs $13.00/per year WP says that if I register my Domain at WP I do not have to do Domain Mapping. (I am confused)
3. You says Premium upgrade includes a Domain Purchase Name and Domain Mapping. In your WP/Admin it says if purchase a Domain name for $18.00/per year I do not need a Domain Mapping
(I am confused). Can I use my Domain Specialasianfood under WP Domain registration, terminate Ipower Domain registration and No Domain Mapping.4. Before I subscribe to Forum I have already clicked on Domain and Premier Plan and I see WP requests me to apply coupon code $117.00 but I do not know where to apply and pay.

Hi @visionp ,
1) Please renew the domain at the current provider, or transfer it to another registration company. We can’t accept an incoming transfer right now. You can still point the domain to WordPress.com using these steps.
2) Domain mapping ($13/year) can be bought separately or purchased with a WordPress.com plan. If you don’t want the WordPress plan, go ahead and remove it from the cart, and just add the domain here: https://wordpress.com/domains .
3) You won’t need to enter a coupon code, so no worries there
4) Once you have the right upgrades, you can continue through checkout and pay then. If you have trouble let us know.

Please do not do that – it can take up to 60 days for a domain name to be released to the wild to be registered again – during that time the domain name will not work
there is no guarentee that your name will be released to the public – the registrar might decide to have an auction and sell to the highest bidder – or a squatter might grab the name an hold it hostage for a lot of money – or they could put a porn site on the domain name to get a few page views from your old search traffic
you need to keep it registered either with your current registrar or transfer the domain name to another registrar many out there – some friends use Name Cheap
letting domain registration expire never turns out well – however that is how I got my name – a guy forgot to renew it and I snagged it

Do not do that. You may lose your domain.
Renew your domain with your provider, or transfer to another registrar like Namecheap.

Q2. When I click Twitter I see WordPress.com has made use of my Twitter page and remove all my posting – this is not right on your part to remove my posting where the page belongs to me as I still have my profile there.
Q3. Why is your Free Plan not showing my site – only when I click the link http://specialasianfood.wordpress.com can I see my site.
Please clarify and explain the above and reply.

1. I am not sure that I understand what you are asking here. Can you show me a screenshot of what you are seeing?
Here are some screenshot instructions if you are not familiar with the process:
I find http://snag.gy/ to be very useful for sharing screenshots. You can also upload the screenshot to your site’s media library. I will be able to see it there.
2. WordPress.com cannot delete anything from your Twitter account. We do not have that power and would not have any reason to want to do that. When I view your Twitter page, I see that you have 179 tweets, but that you have set your account as ‘protected’, meaning that people cannot see them unless they follow you. Here is a screenshot:

To answer to your No 3 I will show you a print-screen of what I mean the Domain http://specialasianfood.com – the page cannot be displayed as below prompted by the computer
This page can’t be displayed•Make sure the web address http://specialasianfood.com is correct.
•Look for the page with your search engine.
•Refresh the page in a few minutes.Ipower.com said that the Domain shows your server not found – Ipower.com has updated the Domain to your Name Servers NS1, NS2 and NS3.WORDPRESS.COM It must be your DNS issue.
You said Domain Mapping – what do you mean by this. Is it using the Domain specialasianfood.com for my website ?
OK if I purchase the Premium Plan the Domain Mapping will be included for $99.00 and the site will always be open.Now my Primary Domain is http://specialasianfood.wordpress.com Free Plan but only when I click this link then I can see the site.
Please confirm the above is correct. I will then pay for the Premium Plan at my WordPress website. Please make sure that my website is up and running properly.

2) I don’t think I understand this question. Did you want to break your table of contents into two pages so people will think there are only half of those recipes unless they find a link and click through to the next page? Let me know.
3) The footer has multiple columns on wide screens, so you could add other footer items, or consider putting the music player in the sidebar instead.
4) I don’t understand this question either, sorry. I think you’ll have better luck though working through one question per thread and one thread per question.

For the copyright, you can either add that in a footer widget, or use custom CSS like so:
