Where do I start?

Where and how do I begin the domain registration process? How do I find out if the domain name I want to use is available? And what are the costs involved? How long does it take to convert? I’m way out of my league here, so I need help.

Neither the free plan nor the Premium plan allow you to upload your own themes or plugins. You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and purchase upgrades at > Dashboard> Store > My Upgrades
