Where do I start?

  I am a database developer (I’m 74, and have been writing code for almost 50 years). My client had a web site built and it was delivered to me today. I need to be able to host it and have it communicate with my database – html, sql, direct comm communications, it does not matter.

  What is the address of the site that was delivered to you?
